At the end of November, Stan took Cassie and Dallin on a Canoe campout along with some of my brothers/brothers in law and their kids. Parker was so sad that he couldn’t go with them. He had an 11 year old Stake Scout Campout that he needed to go to. Well, ends up that he didn’t make it to either campout because he ended up sick. With Stan and the kids gone, my plan was to get Christmas shopping done, but I ended up sick as well. So, needless to say Parker and I didn’t have the best of weekends, but such is life.
Here are a bunch of pictures from the canoe trip. I apologize for the bad pictures. Stan didn’t want to take our normal camera for fear that it might fall in the water, so he took our old one which doesn’t work so great, and usually produces pictures with a pink tint to it. Oh well. They got to the lake after dark, packed all of their gear into the canoes and canoed across the lake in the pitch black. They camped for the night, and then had some fun canoeing/kayaking the next morning.

They look like they had SO much fun. What a great trip to go on. Sorry you and Parker got sick.
That looks like such a fun trip! My kids would love to do something like that. You guys are always doing such fun things with your kiddos!
