A Day in Tucson! Second Stop-Mission San Xavier del Bac

After the zoo we headed over to a National Historical Landmark-Mission San Xavier del Bac, an old Catholic Mission.  This church was built in the 1700’s.  It was a pretty amazing sight!

It was a neat place to visit.  They also have a free museum, but it closed before we got there.  After we toured the mission, we had to take advantage of the homemade Fried Bread they were selling outside of the mission and bought a piece to share.  Yummy!

There’s more fun to come! Our next stop…Trail Dust Town! Stay tuned for some fun pictures.
